In 3 days, you will have chance to visit 2 famous sites of North Vietnam with this Hanoi group tour: Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. About 95km to the south of Hanoi, Ninh Binh is blessed with diverse topography and beautiful nature. As an ancient capital of Vietnam in 10th century, Ninh Binh is also an ideal destination for cultural explorers. The final stop is the emerald Halong Bay – a natural world wonder with thousands of islands and islets. Embarking on a cruise trip on the stunning, island-dotted Halong Bay, this will be a lifetime experience that you will never forget!
Leave behind the busy city and set out on a 2-hour drive to discover Ninh Binh, the first destination on this Hanoi group tour. Hoa Lu was the capital of Vietnam under Dinh Dynasty from 968 to 1009 AD until King Li Cong Uan moved the capital to Thang Long. First we will enjoy a bike trip on countryside roads to Hoa Lu to visit the Dinh and Le temples, while capturing pictures of the peaceful surroundings. Then we will continue cycling to Tam Coc, passing through the limestone peaks, rice fields and rural villages. After eating lunch in a local restaurant, you will continue your trip in Tam Coc with a romantic boat trip along the Ngo Dong river, as you sail among stunning rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains. After the boat trip, we will return to Hanoi.
