Start with the vibrant Saigon city then move northward to visit Hoian, Hue, Hanoi and Halong Bay. This trip is a perfect combination of travel and leisure. And after some busy touring, it wouldn't be complete if you miss out enjoying a cocktail while lying on the white sandy beach of Hoian. 

Day 1 Saigon Arrival

Welcome to Saigon - the bustling, biggest city of Vietnam. Our guide will meet you at the airport then take you to hotel in the city center for check-in. The day is free at your leisure

Day 2 Saigon City Tour

You will have a full day touring around the key sites of Saigon, crossing the busy streets of this dynamic city once called "The Pearl of the Far East". Start the tour with the Reunification Palace - the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 1975. Then we will move to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the City Post Office. Next, we will tour the China Town and Thien Hau, Quan Am Pagodas.
In the afternoon, we continue our trip with the War Remnants Museum for a closer view of Vietnam and Saigon under the war time. Then we conclude the day with the Ben Thanh market where a variety of products are sold. Start by wandering around the shops then try bargaining for some products if you are interested. Drive back to your hotel and enjoy rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 3 Saigon – Ben Tre – Can Tho

After breakfast at your hotel, our driver and guide will meet you at the hotel lobby then take you on a 2-hour drive to Ben Tre Province. Along the route, we stop in Tien Giang for a short visit of the Vinh Trang Pagoda - an ancient southern architectural gem. Next you will arrive in Hung Vuong pier in Ben Tre, and take a boat trip on Ben Tre river – one of tributaries of Mekong river, observing lively activities along river such as fishing and water transferring…First stop will be a local brickwork where bricks are made manually in the traditional way, then we will visit one of the many coconut processing workshops located along the canal. Then we will disembark the boat, and enjoy a leisure walk or bike ride to a local family for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will continue walking in a village where sleeping mats are made and then take a relaxing row-boat along the water palm creek and take a boat back to Hung Vuong Pier. Our driver will be waiting there to transfer you to hotel in Can Tho for the night stay.

Day 4 Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market - Saigon

Wake up a bit early this morning and head to the famous Cai Rang floating market - a maze of hundreds of boats sailing around to sell foods and products. This floating market is really different from the local markets you may see in other provinces of Vietnam that buyers can easily find the boat selling products they need from a far distance as the boat owners will hang their items on the long, vertical poles.
After leaving the floating market, we will continue our boat ride to the local fruit orchards and enjoy the fresh, delicious tropical fruits. Then we will visit the local villages, passing along the peaceful paths to visit traditional houses, observing the daily life and listening to local people share about their life. Drive back to Saigon and have lunch en route.

Day 5 Saigon – Fly to Danang - Hoian

This morning is free for leisure until getting transferred to Saigon airport for your domestic flight to Danang. When you arrive in Danang, our driver and guide will take you to hotel in Hoian for check in. Enjoy a short rest before joining the guided tour around the ancient town in the afternoon.
Later on in the afternoon, you will have a walking tour to discover the timeless charm of Hoian town. The tour includes some key sites such as the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Assembly Halls, and Ancient House...
The rest of the day is for your own explorations.

Day 6 Hoian – Farming & Fishing Life (Group-join)

After breakfast, our guide will come to pick you up at your hotel for a wonderful day trip exploring both the local farming and fishing communities (group tour). Start the trip with a leisurely cycling journey along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand (car or motor taxi are available upon request with surcharge if you do not want to ride a bike). Your first stop is a beautiful organic vegetable village where you will have chance to join some farming activities such as watering and planting vegetables, hoeing soil with local farmer, riding a water buffalo in a rice paddy field, watching ducks swimming along the rice farm or farmers tending to their crops. The photo opportunities are endless. As well you can experience the friendliness of the local people who will greet you along the way. Later on, embark on a local boat for a river cruise to meet local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also get to paddle unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while the waterways of coconut palm paradise. Day 7 Hoian – Free on the beach

Today is free for your own explorations. You can choose to go o the white sandy beach of Hoian or wander around the narrow streets of the old town.

Day 8 Hoian – Danang – Hue

After breakfast, check out the hotel before setting on a 3-hour drive to Hue. Stop en route for a photo shoot of stunning view over the Lang Co beach. Arrive in Hue, check-in your hotel for a short rest then spend the afternoon on a guided tour wandering around the city.
In Hue, your journey will turn into a heritage discovery which is perfectly fit for a Vietnam family package and surely adapted your curious kids with royal mystics. Start with Royal citadel, then visit the Imperial Museum and conclude the day with the vibrant Dong Ba market.

Day 9 Hue – Fly to Hanoi

Start the day with a boat trip along the poetic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Considered as the iconic symbol of Hue, Thien Mu Pagoda is among the most fascinating and ancient pagodas of the city. Leaving the pagoda, we continue our journey to visit the Minh Mang Tomb before heading to Hue Airport for your domestic flight to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi, our driver will take you to your hotel to check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 10 Hanoi City Tour

With its wide tree-lined boulevards, French-colonial buildings, peaceful lakes, oriental pagodas, and warm-hearted local people, Hanoi offers a timeless charm that people will definitely fall in love with.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting out on a full day guided tour where you will discover the cultural and natural beauty of Hanoi. The tour includes visits to main sites as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex, the nearby One Pillar Pagoda, the Presidential Palace, Temple of Literature, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and then, one of the city museums. Conclude the day with an interesting water puppet show - a traditional folk dance with root from the Southeast Asian's wet rice culture.

Day 11 Hanoi – Ancient Nom Village

Passing through 40km to the east of Hanoi, you will find your foot stepping into a picturesque space of Nom - the most typical ancient villages of Northern Vietnam.
The Nom market will be the first stop of the trip, helping you enjoy the rustic lifestyle and buy ingredients for your cooking experience later.
Then, you will come to the astonishingly beautiful Nom pagoda - a religious relic of over 200 years ago and walk over the unique stone bridge crossing Nguyet Duc River to cherish the precious old-aged houses.
On lunch break, it would be a great chance for you to stay with local, help to prepare the meal and make your very first “bun cha”!
After that, you will keep traveling on two wheels, experience the farming, and touch the breathtaking scenic rice fields. Hush, don’t forget to turn a down to visit the 1930’s church on the way back!

Day 12 Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cruise

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before getting on a 3-4 hour journey to Halong Bay – a world natural wonder. Spend a night onboard an elegant junk, cruising on the emerald water to the far and less touched areas of Halong; it is a lifetime experience of Vietnam tour for couple that you will never forget!
Arrive at the dock around noon then you will embark on the cruise, followed by a delicious lunch while the cruise sailing further to the secluded, island-dotted bay. You will join the cruise's activities like visiting cave and sandstone islands, and kayaking…At night, relax on the sun deck or go squid fishing.

Day 13 Halong Bay – Hanoi

Advantage of joining in tailor-made private Vietnam tours is that you can freely design your trip as your wishes. Awake early to capture the most beautiful moments of the bay during sunrise then join a Tai Chi lesson with other passengers. Light breakfast is served with pastries and coffee while your cruise continues sailing through the islands. Depending on each cruise; you might visit nearby islands with row boat then navigate back to the Halong jetty. Pack all your luggage and items then enjoy the brunch onboard before disembarking.
Our driver is waiting at the jetty and takes you back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 14 Hanoi – Departure

Today is your last day in Hanoi. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then wander around the city for last minute shopping or sightseeing before getting transferred to Hanoi Airport for your departure flight.
